Admission Rule

  • NURSERY CLASS: Age should be 2.3 years on 31st March.
  • Admission will start in month of December.
  • Parents/Guardians must produce a Birth Certificate of their ward from the Municipal Corporation in order to get admission in the Nursery Class.
  • PRIMARY AND HIGHER CLASSES: It is compulsory for the student to submit a transfer certificate or school leaving certificate from the school last attended along with Progress Report Card, Adhaar Card caste Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Five photographs (Students = 2, Father = 1. Mother = 1, Guardian 1).
  • Before seeking admission for his/her ward in the school the Parents/Guardian are expected to go through the various rules.
  • Registration Fee of 26000/- is advance of Annual Charges for NEW STUDENTS ONLY.
  • Fee once paid is Non-Refundable.
  • Admission to other classes shall be on merit based on the result of test cum interview and will depend upon availability of seats.
  • For old students Annual Charges must be paid by the end of April positively..

School Fees

  • Fees is accepted at the school Fee counter or online.
  • Monthly Fee must be deposited at the Fee Counter by 15th of every month. A late Fee of 210/- daily will be charged upon 25th of that month and if Fees is not paid by that date, Name of the student will be struck off the rolls. After that only 25000/- Re-Admission Fee will be charged.
  • Fee deposited is nan refundable.
  • After depositing the Fees kindly collect the receipt and get the entry marked on the fee card. School will not be responsible for any entry missed.
  • Admission Fees must be paid in the month of April. Without Fee clearance he/she will not be allowed in the Exams.

Guidelines to Parents

  • Latest information about the school/ward is conveyed through SMS to the Mobile Phones. Parents are requested to read the messages sent by the school. Ignorance about information will not be
  • considered as an excuse
  • Translate.
  • Parents are requested to inform the school if there is any change in their address/Phone number etc.
  • Criticism of the teachers or of the school in the presence of your child should be scrupulously.
  • Parents are requested to look at the Child’s school dairy everyday and see to it that the homework assigned regularly is done. Remarks made in the dairy should be seen and counter signed regularly. For mid-day leave only parents are allowed to take their child from school in case of emergency.
  • Parents are requested to visit the school in a proper dress code (formal)

Withdrawal Policy

  • Application for school leaving certificate should be submitted at least 30 days in advance by the parents/guardians of the students seeking withdrawal
  • Application for withdrawal is to be made on the prescribed form available at the reception.
  • School fees and other charges are charged up-to the end of the quarter before issuing school leaving certificate.
  • The Principal reserves the right to expel any student on any one of the following grounds.                                1. Irregular attendance/continued absence for six days or more.                                                                                      2. Unsatisfactory academic progress.                               3. Bad conduct                                                                4.Over age in any class.
